Available in varying sizes, Iberica Food Service's exclusive range of olives and pickles offer a premium selection, featuring the succulent large Gordal olive with it’s balance between salty and slightly bitter notes. These are known for being great with antipasti platters or stuffed with garlic, pimientos, or anchovies. Also available, are Manzanilla olives, because of their smooth, slightly nutty and briny taste, these pair well in recipes and on their own. Caerena olives, dark purple in colour, have their own distinctive, meaty texture and a rich, slightly smokey flavour, great as a tapenade as well as a standalone snack.
