PRODUCT FEATURES
Our 50% Iberico Hams come from black Iberian pigs, fed on a diet of high-quality grain which produces a rich, dark meat with a deep, exceptional flavour, thanks also to the curing process in natural dryers located in Guijuelo, Salamanca province.
• Keep between 5ºC and 22ºC.
• If not consumed straight away, it should be stored hanging in a cool, dry environment.
• Best enjoyed at room temperature.
• After opening, cover it with its own fat to prevent the meat from being exposed to the air.
