Our Reserva Serrano Ham is made exclusively from high quality Duroc breed pigs, fed on a diet based on dry food and cereals. Cured for at least 15 months, this Serrano Ham comes from Lugo, Galicia, offering the maximum quality, right point of salt, texture and curing time.
• Keep between 5ºC and 22ºC.
• If not consumed straight away, it should be stored hanging in a cool, dry environment.
• Best enjoyed at room temperature.
• After opening, cover it with its own fat to prevent the meat from being exposed to the air.
