Cod Croquettes, 1kg
Cod croquetas are one of the most typical Spanish tapas. Filled with a creamy bechamel and fine bacalao, tossed in breadcrumbs, are ready to fry and enjoy. They are a delight for any fish lover. Do not previously thaw, fry in hot oil (180ºC) until it's browned and leave to rest for 2 minutes.

C) breadcrumbs, (wheat flour and wheat starch (GLUTEN), water, salt, yeast) cod 10% cod (FISH), water, salt, antioxidants: E-450
D) E-451, E452), (wheat flour and wheat starch (GLUTEN) fried onion (onion olive oil, salt, acidity regulator: E-330), sunflower oil, salt, sizing agent.
E) (EGG albumin, thickener: E-412) garlic, gelling agent: E-407; aroma, maltodextrin and spices May contain traces of mollusc and mustard. - Allergens

- Storage & Care
