Boletus, also known as Porcini or Penny Bun is one of the most popular types of mushrooms in Spain. These croquetas are filled with creamy bechamel sauce flavoured by the finest porcini mushrooms, for an earthy, savoury taste.
Croquettes (Croquetas) are one of the most typical Spanish dishes. Boletus Mushroom Croquettes are perfect for party food or a tapas dinner at home. Do not previously thaw, fry in hot oil (180ºC) until it's browned and leave to rest for 2 minutes.

- A) MILK(Lactose), vegetable broth (water, vegetables in variable preparation, celery, carrot, onion, leek, potato, cabbage, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, salt, yeast extract, aroma) breadcrumbs
B) Wheat flour (Gluten) water, salt yeast acidity regulation :clinic acid) Beletus paste ( beletus eduis 4% olive oil, salt), sunflower oil salt, sizing agent
C) (FGG albumsin: guar gum), maltodextrin and aroma, gelling agent: carrageenan and spices. May contain traces of Mollusc, soy, fish, crustaceans and mustard. - Allergens
