Founded by Oscar Blazquez, a Spaniard who initially came to the UK for studies and later established his roots here, Iberica was born from a quest for genuine Spanish ingredients in the UK. Bolstered by familial ties to Spain's agriculture, livestock, and wine industries, he embarked on this culinary journey.
Today, Iberica collaborates with a multitude of independent Spanish restaurants, tapas bars, hotels, wholesalers, catering companies, delis, and farm shops, all eager to provide their customers and visitors with an authentic Spanish gastronomic experience.
We are a registered UK-based company, with our origins tracing back to Brighton and now, situated in Henfield, equipped with cold storage facilities for perishable items and an industrial catering kitchen tailored for training and tastings.
