Serrano Ham Croquettes, 1kg

Ham croquetas are the most famous ones not only in Spain but around the world. Made following the traditional recipe, the creamy bechamel is packed with ham, formed into shape and tossed in breadcrumbs, frozen and ready to fry. Enjoy them as a tapa with a cold drink. Do not previously thaw, fry in hot oil (180ºC) until golden brown and leave to rest for 2 minutes.

Ingredients
A) MILK (LACTOSE) breadcrumbs Wheat flour (Gluten) water, salt yeast, wheat flour and wheat starch (Gluten), cured ham 6%
B) (pork ham, salt, sugar, preservative: E-250, E-252, antioxidant, E-301) Butter (MILK)
C) gelling agent E-407; sizing agent (EGG albumin, salt, dextrose, thickener; E-412; spices)
D) salt and pepper, May contain traces of SOY and mustard.
Allergens
Contains gluten, milk (lactose), egg, sulphites and mollusc, soy, crustaceans and mustard.
