Following a traditional authentic recipe, this acorn-fed Iberico Chorizo Cular certainly features highly in any Spanish charcuterie selection. The meat comes from free-range Iberico pigs that feast on acorns and live freely in mountain oak meadows.
The acorns, as well the pigs herb and grass diet make the meat unique compared to grass-fed or cereal-fed only meats. The sea salt, garlic and smoked paprika compliment its natural taste, resulting in a wonderful flavour and a firm texture.
