This spicy chorizo hoop sausage is made without using any preservatives or artificial colours, selecting the best cuts from Duroc pork, fresh garlic and smoked spicy De La Vera paprika. The grind is surprisingly smooth, and the incredible flavour is enhanced by the lack of colourings and preservatives.
