These whole peeled pickled garlic cloves are crunchy and not too salty. They have a mild flavour, are far less acidic and have a softer texture than fresh garlic. They work wonderfully in salads, with a mix of pickles and olives or simply on its own.

Ingredients
Garlic, water, salt, vinegar, flavour enhancer (E-621 and E-635), acidulant: citric acid and antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
