Our Turron de Jijona, I.G.P. Soft Nougat is a soft nougat made with at least 70% of toasted almonds and honey. In contrast to other version of nougats, the almonds are finely ground to form a paste.The secret of making this authentic delicious nougat is a carefully selection of ingredients and a traditional recipe. The Jijona nougat is soft, textured and creamy.
