Chilean Mussel Meat, 1kg
The Chilean mussels are the best choice when it comes to this type of seafood. They are bigger in size than the regular ones, more meaty and tender. They can be used in paellas or other seafood dishes, giving them a great 'sea' taste. When the mussels are harvested they are cooked so that their shells will fall off. At home, they can be either added to the dishes frozen or defrosted.
