Our forest honey is coming from Asturian bees roaming in the natural forests, predominately coming from the sap of the forest trees, mainly pine, oak, beech and chestnut trees. Very balanced, this variety is perfect for any honey lover. It has a pronounced hint of earthiness and woody, toffee aroma. It is rich in fructose and abundant in minerals.
Enjoy Natural Forest Honey as a sweetener or even in cooking, on torrijas (Spanish version of French toast), pancakes or even in meat glazes and marinades.
